DCS as a business unit understands the challenges and constraints faced by the Oil and Gas industry and their respective personnel. The DCS senior management team possess a high level of industry training and qualifications and are committed to ensuring their consultants have the same exposure to these opportunities.
DCS training and development of management, through to consultants, sub-contractors and employees, is continuously tracked via a “Training Matrix” that is constantly updated and reviewed monthly.
DCS encourages a minimum standard of training at entry level for each position within DCS operations. These standards can be reviewed in the Training and Development Policy
